Events Report: David gave report on December and January events, Club needs a volunteer to organize a Club run for Sunday 11th April, please if anyone can help ring David Spokes or Chris Whalley.
General Business: Norm mentioned time now to apply for seniors travel card! *Hat Head Rally has been cancelled for 2021,*Yesteryear Truck & Machinery Show has been cancelled for 2021*Discussion on 2021 Port Macquarie Swap Meet and options available to the HARS, Option -1 Try to hold this year will have to supply QR code and scan all site holders and general public on admittance, COVID Marshalls required for all toilet areas, no food, logistical nightmare!! Option 2- cancel 2021 Swap Meet re book for 17th-18th September 2022. Option 3 Cancel Swap Meet return all moneys and try for a future date. After some discussion by members present Option 2 was chosen *New Historic Log Books and Certificate of Approved Operations along with your Club Membership Card to be kept with relevant Historic Registered Vehicle.
* AGM Meeting for 3rd March 2021 as mentioned in November and December minutes the AGM will be held Wednesday 3rd March 2021 members wishing to take up positions are encouraged to put themselves forward to be nominated for such. - Meetings NSW Fair Trading IMPORTANT: In the current COVID-19 Circumstances, associations no longer have to apply for extensions of time to hold their 2020 annual general meetings or submit annual summaries of financial affairs. Associations may conduct their AGM when restrictions are lifted or present 2020 financial Information to the members at the 2021 AGM.
Guest Speaker: Rocket entertained us with a story of a Rolls Royce.

General Business: COVID 19 safety plan discussed for implantation on Rego Day. Discussion on possibility of holding AGM and General Meetings by February or March of 2021? Campout date for 5th 6th 7th February 2021? Discussion on the vacant positions on the Committee with the resignation of John & Sandy Waters, we wish them well in their new move south, and the Club will need a new photographer if any Member is interested?

Business arising from minutes: Rego Day COVID-19 restrictions will be enforced for the morning, Good numbers for Camp-out, Run to Crowdy Bay, Membership form to be added to Club web site, Chris to follow up, Chris welcomed Peter and Steve to Committee Meeting. Trailer Rego passed, New Membership Card printed by Chrysalis Printing. Chris spoke of the sudden departure and resignation of Norm Dunn and thanks to Norm for his efforts as Treasurer over the past years. Change of Signatory forms have been presented and discussed.

Events Report: All outings are Log Book Runs, Father’s Day morning tea Rocks Ferry Reserve Wauchope then a run to Comboyne for BYO Lunch. Campout at Russell Thompson’s property if going please ring David Spokes. Possible run to Crowdy Bay, meet at Kew Information Centre BYO everything. Very hard to organize outings due to current restrictions.

*Treasurer Norm Dunn submitted his resignation from all official positions within HARS effective immediately due to irreconcilable differences with the current President.
* Offer by Chris made to Norm to reconsider his resignation Norm declined, Committee thanked Norm for his years of services and wished him well.
